We believe that by providing high school students with the right support, resources, and opportunities, they can achieve great things and make a positive impact on the world.

Founded in 2024, the Innovative Leadership Program has been designed to create leaders and innovators in California. We started as a small group of volunteers with a big dream, but our ambitions are large as we aim to grow into a thriving organization that has helped thousands of young people achieve their goals around the nation.

At Innovative Leadership Program, we offer a program designed to meet the unique needs of young people in our community. From academic support and career readiness to completing applications and creating self-brand we focus primarily on people with disabilities and low-income. We aim to equip our program participants with the skills, knowledge, and experience they need to succeed in life.
